What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, while check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, please let us know or contact us by phone so that we can better organize your arrival.
What does it mean that the hotel is adults only?
We always enjoy receiving requests from families: we love children and know how special time spent together is.
Ours is an “Adults Only” hotel, dedicated to adults seeking tranquillity, nature, and fine taste. We have chosen to specialize in this type of hospitality to offer the best to those seeking a relaxed, quiet, and rejuvenating stay.
The spaces, pace, and style of our hospitality follow this philosophy, with environments, services, and atmospheres designed specifically for adults.
Children have different needs, and rightly so: they deserve attention, stimulation, and opportunities to play that make them feel engaged and happy. Opportunities that, we’re the first to admit, other properties in the area can offer much better than we can.
Being honest right from the start is, for us, a way of taking care of families in the best possible way: with respect, transparency, and the desire that every stay—even that of your beloved little ones—lives up to expectations.
Are breakfast and dinner included?
Yes, all our rooms include half board, with breakfast and dinner included. We offer a buffet breakfast with eggs prepared to order. For dinner, our menu changes every evening and includes four courses: appetizer, first course, main course, and dessert.
What time is breakfast? And dinner?
Breakfast is available from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM, while dinner is served from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Are personalized menus available for allergies and intolerances?
We offer some gluten-free and lactose-free options, designed for those with food intolerances such as celiac disease, lactose intolerance, or sensitivity to nuts, almonds, and other nuts.
However, it’s important to know that our kitchen is a single shared space: while we take the utmost care, we cannot rule out the possibility of cross-contamination with gluten, dairy, or other allergens. For this reason, we cannot guarantee complete safety in cases of severe allergies.
We warmly invite you to contact us before your arrival to discuss your dietary requirements: this will allow us to assess the possibilities and prepare ourselves to offer you the most peaceful stay possible.
Do you have vegetarian options?
At dinner, we offer a 4-course menu with vegetarian and pescatarian options, as well as a salad buffet that is always available.
For our vegan guests, we would like to clarify that our culinary philosophy does not include the use of industrial vegan products, soy-based items, or similar alternatives. Although options are more limited, we are happy to offer simple, natural dishes and to work together to find the most suitable solution.
At breakfast, you will find vegetarian and pescatarian offerings, some plant-based beverages, and a few vegan choices. We are happy to learn about your dietary needs: we invite you to contact us before your arrival so we can discuss whether we can accommodate your requirements.
Does the hotel have a wellness area?
Yes, our panoramic relaxation and wellness area features a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, infrared chairs, a relaxation room, and a solarium with views of the Dolomites.
We would like to inform you that we do not yet have a swimming pool at the hotel, neither indoor nor outdoor, and we do not offer steam baths or “Aufguss.”
Furthermore, we do not have a gym: for us, the Dolomites are the most beautiful and complete gym there is. We invite our guests to train outdoors, surrounded by nature.
When are the saunas and relaxation and wellness area open?
The relaxation and wellness area is open daily from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Saunas are open from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Are treatments and massages available?
Yes, we offer massages and treatments by appointment: relaxing, sports, honey, and anti-aging. The price is not included in the stay, unless otherwise stated.
Is there a parking?
Yes, free private parking is available for guests.
Do you offer services for hikers?
We provide maps, personalized advice from Raimund, and a notice board with all the useful information you need. Backpacks for hiking and trekking poles are also available for hire.
Is Wi-Fi available in the room?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
Are pets allowed?
We also deeply love animals and know how much they are part of the family. However, in our hotel—dedicated exclusively to adult guests seeking tranquillity, nature, and fine taste—we have chosen not to accept pets.
It was a carefully considered decision, born from the desire to offer a truly relaxing, quiet, and rejuvenating environment, in line with the philosophy of hospitality on which we have built our experience.
Is there an elevator?
Yes, all rooms and floors of the hotel are easily accessible via an internal elevator.
