The tour leads through the Natural Park of Fanes-Sennes-Braies and ends at the pilgrimage church and the mountain hut of La Crusc.
A legend tells, that Count Ottwin of Lurngau and Pustrissa had been staying here as a hermit to do penance. Later, about the year 1039, even his son Diakon Volkhold must had been living in devoutness in the same place.
The pilgrimage church of La Cursc has been consecrated in 1484. But some say, that there was a chapel even before.
